what a concept eh. they're committing a friend for alcohol treatment. involuntary committal. wow. i can't say i blame them, cos i know they freaked when he disappeared for a few weeks. turned out he'd been living in his car, and then he even disappeared from that.

what i don't get is how this happened, yanno? he used to be such a golden boy. u know the type? it isn't his family ... his family is kewl. they're pretty moderate, they don't go extreme on anything. it can't be pressure since he's gotta be one of the most laid back party animals i've ever met.

u know how we talk about "i'm never gonna ..." ???

i guess somewhere along the line, while his high school and college buds started to settle down, get real jobs, get married, start families and schtuff, he never bought into that.

so now? he's a rebel without applause

... and its depressing.
